Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Appointment Cancellation & Rescheduling

• Patients can reschedule their consultation at zero additional charge by contacting the clinic helpline at least 2 hours prior to their scheduled time slot.
• In case of doctor unavailability due to critical emergency medical procedures, patients will be promptly notified and provided with an immediate priority reschedule or full refund of any pre-paid booking fee.

2. Consultation Fees

Consultation fees cover the physician's professional medical evaluation, clinical examination, prescription advice, and health review during the OPD visit.

Once a medical consultation has been completed with the doctor, consultation fees are non-refundable as the clinical service has been fully rendered.

3. Online Pre-Payments & Digital Booking

• If a patient makes an advance online payment and cancels prior to 2 hours of their appointment slot, a refund will be processed back to the original payment source.
• Approved digital refunds are typically processed within 5–7 working days, subject to standard banking clearance cycles.
• In the event of duplicate online fee deductions caused by network or gateway failures, excess amounts will be verified and refunded promptly upon presenting transaction proof.

4. Follow-up Policy

Routine follow-up rules for reviewing prescribed test reports are communicated at the clinic during your initial visit. Follow-up visits beyond the stipulated validity period are subject to standard consultation charges.
