Terms & Conditions

Last Updated: February 2026

Welcome to Aadya Aarogyam. By scheduling an appointment, consulting with our physicians, or accessing clinic services in-person or digitally, you agree to comply with the following clinical terms and guidelines.

1. Medical Consultation & Clinical Discretion

All clinical evaluations, diagnosis, diagnostic testing recommendations, and prescriptions are determined at the professional medical discretion of Dr. Amit Kumar and qualified clinic staff based on physical examination and patient-provided medical history.

Patients must provide complete, accurate medical histories including existing drug allergies, ongoing medications, and chronic conditions to ensure patient safety.

2. Appointments & Waiting Times

  • Appointments scheduled online or via helpline provide priority consultation queue slots.
  • While we endeavor to adhere strictly to appointment slots, unavoidable medical emergencies or acute patient conditions may occasionally cause consultation delays.
  • Patients are requested to arrive 10–15 minutes prior to their scheduled consultation time with all past reports.

3. Emergency Medical Situations

Important: Aadya Aarogyam operates as an outpatient clinic (OPD). In acute, critical emergencies (such as sudden chest pain, severe trauma, stroke symptoms, or acute respiratory arrest), patients are advised to visit the nearest tertiary hospital emergency casualty department immediately.

4. Website Information & Educational Content

Articles, blog updates, and medical tips published on this website are for educational and preventive awareness only. They do not constitute an independent medical prescription and should never substitute personalized physical consultations.

Any legal disputes relating to services provided by Aadya Aarogyam Clinic shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Muzaffarpur, Bihar.
